Cesar Mancao is already in the country to tell the whole truth against the 2010 presidential candidate Panfilo "Ping" Lacson in the double murder case of Bobby Daser and his driver Mr. Curvito. Yesterday the good senator Lacson declared on local TV news that he is no longer to run for presidency this coming 2010 presidential election. Many people are asking regarding his declaration if there has something to do with the star witness then police superintendent Cesar Mancao and he said that the main reason why he decided to back out is the financial reasons. whether he backs out or not I am pretty sure that the investigation of the double murder case will still pursue. I just hope that the truth will come out so that the public will know whats is really the story behind.
