just two weeks before the lawsuit was set to go to trial.
Hudgens was accused of breach-of-contract in the suit by Johnny Vieira and his company Johnny on the Spot Productions, claiming that she owed him at least $5 million. However, Vieira tells press that the settlement reached was an "amicable resolution."
