AMY WINEHOUSE is advice to stop her vices particularly on smoking and drugs

The father of British singer AMY WINEHOUSE says his daughter is suffering from the lung disease emphysema and doctors have warned she could die if she continues smoking cigarettes and drugs.
MITCH WINEHOUSE said his 24-year-old daughter was diagnosed with the illness, which clogs the lungs and leaves sufferers short of breath, when she was recently hospitalized and underwent a series of medical tests.
"The doctors have told her if she goes back to smoking drugs, it won't just ruin her voice, it will kill her".
Her father said Amy's frequent smoking of drugs and cigarettes has resulted in a 30 percent reduction in her lung capacity. "If she doesn't go back to drugs, then she can lead this magnificent life," he said. "We are praying that that's what Amy really wants. She seems resolute."

My new Swimsuit for tomorrows beach party

Tomorrow will be the birthday party of my bestfreind name Alissa. It's her 39Th birthday and she want to celebrate it in a beach that is why I am very excited to wear my new swimsuit for tomorrows big day. This is just an ordinary swimsuit, not branded of course because branded swimsuits cost a lot. I just bought this thing in a local market that cost me 300 box. Brands does not matter to me as long as I am comfortable using it. I chose the second saloon named Aida's Saloon who gave 1500 pesos and the services is quite good and my hair now is so shiny and soft to touch. Me and my family went to the Kadayawan post Agro- trade fair exhibit to look for new variety of plants at a lesser price. We have seen a lot of unusual plants but most of the plant that we have seen are good for cold climate. We can't buy and grow them in hot climate such as in the City of Davao because I have tried many times buying them and trying to grow them in my village but eventually they just die and cant survive due to hot weather. But if you bring them to colder climate areas like in Bukidnon or in any area that is classified as 500 meters above see level they will grow and flush more flowers. Usually plants that grow in colder climates are more colorful than plants that grow in hot climates. We didn't buy anything but we like the scenery's and the hybrid animals that were exhibited in the place.

The bronze bust of Sen. Aquino is part of the nationwide commemoration this week of the 25th anniversary of his martyrdom.

I am serious about my diet

My online friend named Lispeth of Canada keeps on reminding me about getting into diet for I look so chubby now compared to my pictures that I showed to her over my Logitech camera. I told her that during my high school years I have a regular body built but not skinny but after my college days I started to get bigger but not obese hehehehe.......... as a matter of fact, one of the talent scouts approach me if I could make some photo shoots for the teen celebrity and I really did. I did that for I am eager to be one of the teen celebrity members but I was not lucky enough to be chosen. (giggles.... those were the old days) Now, I want to reach my goal and that's to be fit and healthy and I'm serious about it, so to you my dear friend Lispeth "watch out" for I will work more on my diet.
