Drinking too much Water?

Everybody says that a person should drink 8 glasses of water a day even if you are not thirsty. It contributes to a healthy body and lifestyle. But the problem is, there are some women or men who were preoccupied with their jobs or having a busy life in their career tend to forget drinking fluids a day. It is necessary to drink water to replenish and may help wash away health problems. Such as Urinary tract Infections, Kidney stones, Bladder cancer, Colon Cancer, Obesity and Constipation. Drinking water helps a lot in a human body. So make it a habit by drinking more water even if you are not thirsty so as to avoid sickness.
