Kids and Diabetes

One of the common diseases here in our country is Diabetes. It was widely known for all ages, young or old. At an early age, Parents should taught children to be aware what food they are consuming so that they could have a proper nutrition and implement a habit of exercise. As I noticed to the kids walking or strolling at malls they are mostly obese maybe because of their improper nutrition. There is a form of Diabetes that is common in overweight adults is increasingly striking overweight children. Nearly all cases of childhood diabetes were Type 1 in which the body fails to make insulin. But in Type 2 , an obesity related disease in which the body can't respond well to insulin, has surged in children. Overweight children are at greater risk. To prevent this kind of diseases, an active lifestyle and healthy weight is the best remedy. Tell kids to go run around not slouching in front of television, or playing games all day in front of the computer. Parents should always monitor children in their formative years.
