Yesterday I have a problem with my HP 4 in one printer. The printer will never print at all. I tried to check all the properties but it seems that It's not working at all so I decided to call my friend John to help me fix my HP printer. As he opened the ink port, he discovered that there is no ink available in the cartridge and he immediately told me that I need to replace the 2 cartridges both the black and the colored one. After an hour of buying the cartridges, my printer works well again. Thanks to John for helping me because I am not so familiar with my newly bought HP printer.
