Yesterday me and my friend Ana made an Ice candy Jack fruit flavor. This is one of the pinoy delicacies. Every Filipino knows what ice candy is the "Pinoy style". It is so easy to prepare. We just chopped the jack fruit into smaller pieces and include it in our milk solution with sugar, mix it and pour it in a 1x8 cellophane and tied it. Then. we put it in a freezer and wait until the candy tubes turned into solid. I really the flavor of the Jack fruit. The next time we do the Ice candy thing, we will do the Durian flavor and the chocolate one.
