This afternoon, I cook my favorite beef soup. This special recipe was given to me by my mother. She taught me how to cook delicious foods during my younger years that's why I cook and also teaches my daughter Keisha now to cook healthy foods that includes my moms special beef soup recipe. It is so easy to cook. All you have to do is to prepare all the ingredients namely the 1/4 kilo of beef, a little of pechay, knorr beef cubes, ginger, salt and pepper to taste. Boil water then add the beef and the ginger then wait for 1 hour until the meat becomes softer then add the rest of the ingredients. This recipe is good for 5 servings. Try it, I guarantee you it is very yummy.
