Changing Bike Tires

Last year, I gave a bicycle to my niece named Keisha. It was a small bike just good enough for a 5 year old kid. It was full of cartoon character stickers. She used that every weekend and during her free time. She loves to ride her bike. This morning, she tried to ride a bike but unfortunately both of its tires are flat and needs the services of the vulcanizing shop.As I arrived in the vulcanizing shop, an attendant told me that the tires needs to be replaced because its tires were broken already and have many cracks but the interiors were still reusable and needs no replacements. I bought new two tires of size 15. I am pretty sure that my niece will be so happy as soon as she will see her bike in good condition again.
